“Hi there! My name’s Angelo!” He said, extending forth a hand. “What is yours?” He asked happily.
Leia. [The mermaid stated her name proudly, leaning on the ground, her fin in the water. She shook Angelo’s hand by the wrist, still thinking that was the weirdest human gesture ever!]
Leia! [The mermaid giggled] Isn’t it awesome making a lot of friends?
Amanda nodded and giggled also. “Yes it’s great!” She looked down at the girl, noticing her tail. ”Oh my. Yer a mermaid?” Amanda was in awe, not caring that her accent slipped. She had never seen a real mermaid before, it was something spectacular!

Leia! [The mermaid giggled] Isn’t it awesome making a lot of friends?

Oh! A mermaid. How exciting and enchanting! Lumina walked up to the edge of the ocean, smiling. “Hello!”
“I’m Lumina, who are you?”
[Leia was wary of this person. She earlier had decided to go for a dip in the ocean, but now someone had spotted her! She poked her head out of the water carefully] …Do you know Daryl?
“Daryl…? The scientist?” Lumina paused for a moment, “I wouldn’t say I know him that well. But I know him.”
Hmm.. [Leia sunk into the water again slowly, blowing some bubbles. She had to make a decision! Wait for more of Daryl’s friends for the rest of her life, or be adventurous! The mermaid chose the latter and practically lept out of the water, holding out her hand.] Hi! I’m Leia, pleased to meet you any way.

[Leia swam through a long winding river, humming to herself as she did so. This land was new to her and she didn’t know what to expect, but since Daryl was out again she decided to explore wherever she could. And since Daryl was out most of the time, that meant she could explore much much further!]
[And that’s how the mermaid ended up in a new town. Where was she? Bobbing her head out of the water, she tried to find someone to talk to.]
Gretel was walking from her house at the top of the hill, on her way to Raul’s shop. She needed some fertilizer, and for some reason, today, the one day she needed some weeds and branches so that she could just make it in the windmill, there was nothing there. She sighed, and as she walked by the river, she blinked for a moment.
Wait a minute….did she just…see….?
She looked back to the water to see a green-haired girl swimming, and she just stared for a moment. Was she really seeing her….?? “Uh…” She muttered aloud. “H-hello…?” She asked, walking a little closer.
[Leia paused her swimming. Ah! A human! She swam a bit closer to the edge of the water, peeking her head out a bit further. Why not have a little fun? The mermaid giggled inwardly.]

[She opened her eyes up wide, reaching out with a shaking hand, as if she was afraid it was the human who wasn’t real!]

Leia hummed to herself as she wriggled about in the bathtub. She was pretty bored today, but since Daryl wasn’t that pleased with the locks being constantly broken he had since left the doors unlocked when he was home. The faint thumping of his feet against the ground could be heard even in the basement, a sure sign that he was busy upstairs, researching this or that.
But that left her bored! The footsteps stopped momentarily, not much to her notice though. Soon though Leia whipped around, seeing someone new coming down the stairs. “Who are you?”
